Meet The Rose: A New Approach to Attainable Homeownership in East Texas

For 30 years, Pratt Homes has helped East Texas families find beautiful, well-built homes designed around the way they live. This September, we are proud to introduce our newest home, The Rose, at the East Texas State Fair.

As the Official Home Builder of the East Texas State Fair, we wanted to create a home that responds to one of the most urgent challenges facing our community: the growing need for attainable homeownership.

Designed for East Texas Families

The Rose is a thoughtfully designed, two-story modular home offering more than 1,600 square feet of living space. Its floor plan includes:

  • Three bedrooms
  • Two and a half bathrooms
  • Two separate living areas
  • An efficient two-story layout
  • An optional matching garage

With two living spaces, The Rose gives families the flexibility to create a comfortable family room, home office, playroom, media room, or gathering space for guests.

Every square foot has been designed with purpose. The result is a home that provides the room a family needs without the unnecessary space and added expense that often come with a larger floor plan.

Built With Long-Term Value in Mind

The Rose combines premium materials with an efficient design intended to help keep long-term maintenance and energy expenses manageable. It delivers the quality, comfort, and curb appeal families want while remaining cost-conscious.
Because The Rose is a modular home, much of the construction takes place in a controlled environment. This process allows Pratt Homes to build efficiently and consistently while reducing many of the delays and material challenges associated with traditional construction.
The home can be built for properties within city limits or in rural communities, subject to local requirements and site conditions. A matching garage can also be added to complement the home and provide additional storage, parking, or workspace.
