- Electrical Air Conditioning System-Â Condenser, Metering Devices, Evaporator Coils and Drain Lines, Â Air Handling Unit, Air Handling Transition, Secondary Drain Pan and Lines, Refrigerant Lines.
- Plumbing System-Â Leaks & Ruptures of Water, Drain, Gas, Waste or Vent Lines. Â Toilet Wax Ring Seals, Toilet Tanks and Bowls. Valves for Shower, Tub, Diverter, Angle Stops, Risers & Gate Valves, Built-in bathtub Whirlpool Motor & Pump Assemblies.
